Delete your
account.

You can delete your BeeLoved account and the data that belongs to it at any time. It takes less than a minute in the app.

Delete it in the app

1. Open BeeLoved and sign in.
2. Open Settings (the gear on the Today or Circle screen). If you are not in a care circle yet, the button is at the bottom of the welcome screen.
3. Choose Delete account, confirm with your password or Google account, and tap Delete account again.

Ask us by email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@beetheonelabs.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my BeeLoved account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (name and email address) and your profile.
• If you own a care circle: the whole circle for everyone in it, including every pet, routine, care log, health record and pending invitation.
• If you are a member of someone else's circle: your membership. The circle and its pets stay for the others, and care you logged stays in their journal with your name.
• On your phone: scheduled reminders and the offline copy of the data, when you delete from the app.

What is kept

Records of Pro purchases and tips are kept by Google Play under your Google account, as Google requires; we cannot delete them. Anonymous crash reports already sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics are deleted automatically after 90 days. We keep nothing else.
