Delete your
account.

An account is optional in Bee Steady. If you signed in with Google, you can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bee Steady.
2. Go to Settings and find Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@beetheonelabs.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Bee Steady account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your Bee Steady account (name, email address and Google user ID).
• Your cloud backup of habits, check-ins, notes and settings.
• Your membership of community challenges.

What is kept

• Amounts you already added to community challenge totals stay in those totals. They are not linked to you.
• Habits on your phone stay until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• Crash reports and analytics are kept for up to 14 months, as described in the privacy policy.
